The Nagoya City Science Museum (hereinafter the "Museum") makes its web contents available on condition that a user agrees to abide by the terms of use set out below (hereinafter "Usage Rules").
When a user accesses this site and utilizes its contents, he/she is deemed to have agreed to these Usage Rules.
The Usage Rules are subject to change without notice.
When alterations are made to the Usage Rules, the Museum will announce them on this website.
When a user accesses this website and utilizes its contents after such announcement, he/she is deemed to have agreed to the Usage Rules after such alterations.

Although this website is prepared with the utmost care in every aspect, the Museum makes no promises or guarantees about the credibility or safety of information contained herein. Accordingly, the Museum expressly disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or information contained herein by a user.
About access logs
This website automatically collects user data (IP address or host name of an accessing computer, access time, and files accessed) as an access log for the purpose of statistically analyzing the number and trend of accesses. Collected data will be utilized in a legitimate manner within the scope of the intended purpose.
Unless it is necessary to meet a statutory disclosure requirement, to counter unlawful attempts such as illicit access or blackmailing or for other special reasons, the Museum shall not use collected data for any purpose other than the intended one or disclose them to any third person.
Statistically processed access and user profile data, however, may be published at its discretion.
This website does not use a cookie (which is a piece of information sent from a server to a user's browser for the convenience of user identification on the server's part and will be stored in the user's computer).

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the copyright of all text, drawings, photos, motion pictures and other materials published on this website belongs to the Museum.
The secondary users who wish to quote or copy any part of its contents, please advise the Museum prior to doing so.

Despite your kind cooperation, we may not respond to your notification, when no problem is anticipated from the inclusion of a link. If that is the case, please take it as our tacit approval. The inclusion of a link to the Museum's website, however, in no way indicates the Museum's endorsement of the owner's site.
- If you want to include a link to the Museum's web page other than the top page, please advise the Museum of your intention. We do not aprove the inclusion of a link to any picture or lower level file.
